Job summary

Computationaldesign seeks an in-house Computational Designer to develop parametric sculptures and complex architectural features for a luxury resort project. You will use Rhinoceros 3D and Grasshopper to turn fluid artistic concepts into precise digital assets for factory production, working within an agile, remote-first team.

The role requires a strong portfolio in large-scale sculpture or spatial geometry, and fluency in English with additional Mandarin/Cantonese/Thai language skills as a plus

Qualifications

• Expert-level Rhinoceros 3D and Grasshopper proficiency.
• Strong portfolio in large-scale sculpture or architectural features.
• Ability to translate design ideas into precise digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Parametric development of sculptures, monumental art installations and architectural features.
• Develop robust Grasshopper definitions for design iterations and fabrication.
• Update 3D models and technical drawings based on feedback and site constraints.
• Generate production-ready files for manufacturing partners in Asia.
• Embed metadata in models to track materials and assembly logic.
• Coordinate with external consultants and on-site teams across borders.
