Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Bioinformatics, CS, Math, or related field with 3 years of related experience.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with Perl, Python, R and bioinformatics tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software tools for processing and analyzing high-throughput sequencing data.
• Provide consultation and training to research scientists and bioinformatics/software engineers.
• Design, develop, and operate software and databases as part of the bioinformatics data processing and analysis system.
