Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field of study with 3 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field of study with 5 years of experience.
• Experience with NGS data analysis and bioinformatics tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software tools for processing and analyzing high-throughput sequencing data.
• Provide one-on-one consultation and training to research scientists and bioinformatics engineers.
• Design, develop, and operate software and databases as part of the bioinformatics data processing system.
• Provide consultation and guidance to researchers and other bioinformatics engineers.
