Ladders is seeking a Compliance Lead, Testing to own ongoing testing and ensure practices align with regulatory expectations in a fast-moving financial services environment. You will partner with Legal, Risk and cross-functional teams to assess exposure, strengthen controls, and support new product initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in compliance testing or audit, strong knowledge of financial services regulations, excellent communication, and proven project management skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Compliance Lead, Testing to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will own ongoing compliance testing efforts and help ensure the organization's practices align with regulatory expectations in a fast-moving financial services environment. You will partner closely with Legal, Risk, and other cross-functional teams to assess compliance exposure, strengthen controls, and support new product initiatives. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation: $115,000 - $180,000 annually.
