Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support the organization's compliance program, risk management, and policy administration. The role will handle patient rights, grievances, and advocacy needs while ensuring regulatory alignment and a culture of ethical care.

Starting with a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) and a hybrid option, the candidate will join a mission-driven team dedicated to compassionate mental health treatment and patient advocacy in a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, healthcare administration or related field or applicable experience.
• 2-3+ years of behavioral health experience.
• 1+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports the risk management team with administrative duties and may assist with investigations.
• Maintains risk management documentation and risk mitigation files.
• Acts as the point of contact for patients and families filing grievances.
• Documents grievances and coordinates responses to ensure timely resolution.
• Assists with policy lifecycle management, formatting, and distribution.
• Maintains the policy library and tracks reviews and approvals.
