Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Clinical Assessment Specialist I to determine appropriate levels of care and provide compassionate, educational patient experiences. This remote role follows a hybrid schedule for local candidates.

You will present treatment options, coordinate admissions, and document all patient information, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and access to care.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in mental health or related field required.
• Licensed Master’s Clinician licensure required; associate licensures accepted (supervision not provided).
• Basic knowledge of computerized office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assess level of care and provide clinical justification.
• Educate patients about care options and benefits of proposed treatment.
• Coordinate admissions and referrals with internal/external teams.
• Collect and document patient information and records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
