Job summary

ERC Pathlight is a leading provider offering remote and hybrid mental health services nationwide. We are seeking a Clinical Assessment Specialist I to determine the appropriate level of care and guide patients through admissions with compassionate, educational support.

You will conduct phone assessments, present treatment options, coordinate records, and educate families while maintaining confidentiality and collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in mental health or related field is required.
• Licensed Master's Level Clinician (LPC, LMSW, etc.) required; associate licensure accepted.
• 2+ years of behavioral health experience as an Assessment Specialist or similar role; assessment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone assessments to determine level of care and service line.
• Present ERC Pathlight programs and services to prospective patients.
• Educate patients and families about level of care and benefits.
• Coordinate admissions by gathering records and coordinating with teams.
• Make referrals and provide resources to patients.
• Document patient information, communications, and insurance details.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
