• Proficient in all Microsoft Office products – Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
• A minimum of 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports on tonnage, diversion, disposal and franchise fees.
• Researches and resolves variances and discrepancies related to disposal reporting.
• Reviews tonnage and franchise fee reporting for completeness and accuracy.
• Organizes data for standard weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and yearly reports using various company information systems.
• Monitors and submits required municipal reports to customers within deadlines.
