MVM, Inc. is seeking a Compliance and Quality Control Manager to ensure all program operations comply with contract requirements and applicable laws.

This role partners with operational leadership to implement and supervise the Quality Control program in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, at least two years in a relevant field, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• At least two years in security, law, social work, detention, or related field.
• Demonstrated management/supervisory experience for similar programs.
• Two years in compliance or quality assurance related to licensing/accreditation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Oversee program-wide compliance with contract policies, procedures, and laws; ensure alignment with MVM policies.
• Lead the implementation and management of the Quality Control program.
• Review and update policies and training to reflect best practices and maintain compliance.
• Draft new policies and procedures as needed.
• Conduct scheduled and unannounced audits of operations and records.
• Audit system data and contract records regularly.
• Analyze inspection data to identify trends and patterns.
• Perform root cause analyses and determine corrective actions.
• Ensure reporting requirements are met and communicate issues to management.
• Maintain comprehensive compliance records.
