Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Compliance Systems QA Analyst to validate loan origination system functionality against regulatory requirements, internal policies, and business expectations. This hands-on tester will interpret regulations, design tests, execute them, and clearly communicate results.

You will log findings, collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Operations, and help drive practical solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
Experience in QA/testing, compliance, or related analytical roles in mortgage/financial services preferred.
Experience with loan origination systems and testing tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Evaluate LOS functionality to confirm regulatory and business rule alignment.
Review regulatory change summaries and map to LOS fields and workflows.
Own issues end-to-end and escalate when requirements are ambiguous or high risk.
Design and execute tests based on requirements and design docs, not only scripts.
Run structured test scripts and expand testing for edge cases and related behavior.
Conduct exploratory testing when results are incomplete or unexpected.
Document testing results clearly with pass/fail conclusions and screenshots.
Log questions and issues and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Tech, and Ops.
