Legal.io is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional (Contract) to support a government-mandated compliance monitorship under a Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA). This remote role, based in the United States, offers 40 hours per week and runs from November 16, 2026 to March 31, 2027.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of administrative support experience in legal or compliance environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience supporting monitorships or document production is a strong plus.
• Must reside in the United States; time zone is flexible.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate meetings and domestic and international site visits.
• Organize and maintain records and documents across databases and shared platforms.
• Track DPA-related unallowable charging.
• Support monitorship document collection, review, and production.
• Provide administrative support to the broader compliance team.
