Job summary

Leviton is seeking a Senior Director, Global Compliance to lead and enhance the company’s ethics and compliance program across a global manufacturing enterprise. You will report to the General Counsel and oversee compliance in ethics, anti-corruption, trade, labor, supply chain, data privacy, and third‑party risk management.

You will design policies, monitor risks, develop training, and present findings to executives and the Board.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
JD preferred.
CCEP or CIPP certification preferred.
12–15 years of progressive legal, compliance, ethics, or risk management experience.
5–7 years of leadership in enterprise-wide compliance programs.
Experience in multinational manufacturing or industrial environments.
Expertise in anti-corruption, trade compliance, labor and employment, supply chain, data privacy, and third-party risk.
Experience presenting to executive leadership and Boards of Directors.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain a comprehensive global compliance and ethics program.
Develop and update policies, procedures, standards, controls, metrics, and reporting.
Conduct enterprise-wide compliance risk assessments and benchmark practices.
Monitor regulatory developments and propose controls and mitigations.
Evaluate third-party compliance risks across the global supply chain.
Oversee global compliance training programs.
Monitor remediation, track findings, and drive corrective actions.
Prepare regular reports for executive leadership and the Board.
