You will work UK business hours from home, as part of a South African team placed directly with established UK employers. This role offers remote work and long-term placement with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, quality or governance administration.
• Strong document control and version management habits.
• Confident tracking deadlines across many owners.
• Clear written English for policy and audit documentation.
• Discretion when handling sensitive material.

Responsibilities

• Maintain policy, procedure and compliance documentation
• Track staff training, certifications and renewal dates
• Prepare evidence packs and support internal and external audits
• Log incidents, complaints and corrective actions
• Monitor completion of compliance tasks and chase outstanding items
• Produce compliance status reports for management
