Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Program Analyst for a remote, nationwide role. You will support enterprise privacy and compliance programs, governance, risk assessments, and policy management, working collaboratively to identify and remediate risks.

You will monitor third‑party compliance, conduct investigations, analyze regulatory changes, and assist with audit readiness. The role emphasizes ethics, integrity, and cross‑functional teamwork in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, privacy, auditing, governance, or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and healthcare compliance principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance monitoring, auditing, and testing across regulatory, privacy, and policy requirements.
• Assist with privacy program administration, incident handling, and reporting.
• Support third‑party risk management and vendor compliance activities.
• Monitor regulatory changes and help implement new compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain policy governance, and assist with investigations and remediation tracking.
