Job summary

Alkami Technology, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support regulatory monitoring, audit readiness, policy governance, and control‑validation activities within a financial services technology environment.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to organize compliance information, maintain documentation in GRC platforms, and help ensure SOC, PCI, privacy, and regulatory requirements are met across Alkami’s remote‑first US workforce.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in compliance, audit, regulatory support, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or information systems (or equivalent).
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Knowledge of compliance, audit, policy governance, or control-validation practices.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory monitoring, audit readiness, and control-validation activities.
• Document regulatory developments and action items using approved templates.
• Coordinate evidence collection for audit preparation (SOC, PCI, etc.).
• Maintain policies, procedures, controls, and compliance records in GRC platforms.
