Job summary

Integra Partners is hiring a Compliance Analyst to join the Legal team. You will monitor Fraud, Waste, and Abuse issues, audit provider and vendor practices, and support the Corporate Compliance program across the organization.

You will collaborate with credentialing, QA, and network teams, assist with security risk assessments, and maintain auditable records while communicating complex compliance information clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least three years’ experience in Special Investigation Unit processes or similar roles; previous healthcare experience is required, DMEPOS experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of fraud waste and abuse issues, healthcare credentialing, medical billing, HIPAA, and related legislation
• Experience with data analysis and Excel; Tableau is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and communicate complex information
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of medical billing processes
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Commitment to high quality client service and building trusted advisor relationships
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and sound judgment
• Team player and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of vendors and healthcare providers to support FWA monitoring.
• Run Fraud, Waste, and Abuse investigation processes.
• Support the Corporate Compliance program administration.
• Assign and monitor compliance training and maintain auditable records.
• Collaborate with credentialing, QA, and network management to address concerns.
• Partner with health plan customers on audits and responses.
• Investigate compliance concerns internally and externally.
• Ensure licensing and filings with state agencies are up to date.
• Conduct Security Risk Assessments and present results to the compliance committee.
• Work with data security staff to address security issues.
