Integra Partners is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join the Legal team in overseeing FWA monitoring, audits of providers, and corporate compliance processes. You will coordinate with credentialing, QA, and network teams to identify risks and implement effective controls.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in SIU or healthcare compliance, strong data analysis skills, and experience with HIPAA and fraud prevention.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in Special Investigation Unit or similar.
• Healthcare experience required; DMEPOS experience preferred.
• Experience with data analysis and Excel; Tableau a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to interpret complex information.

Responsabilidades

• Audit vendors and healthcare providers to support FWA monitoring.
• Run the Fraud, Waste, and Abuse investigation processes.
• Support the administration of the company’s Corporate Compliance program.
• Assign and monitor compliance training with auditable records.
• Collaborate with credentialing, quality assurance, and network management teams to address concerns.
• Partner with health plan customers on audits of the business, draft and track audit processes and responses.
• Investigate compliance concerns and issues internally and externally.
• Ensure licensing and other filings with state agencies are up to date.
• Conduct Security Risk Assessments and present results to the compliance committee.
• Coordinate with data security staff to address security issues.
