Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join the Legal team. You will monitor for Fraud, Waste, and Abuse, conduct provider audits, and support CMS and state regulatory compliance efforts.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in SIU or healthcare compliance, with strong data analysis and Excel skills. You will report to the Compliance Manager and collaborate across payer and provider teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in Special Investigation Unit or similar healthcare compliance role.
• Strong knowledge of FWA, HIPAA, and healthcare billing.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of vendors and healthcare providers to support FWA monitoring.
• Run FWA investigations and respond to plan questions.
• Administer the corporate compliance program and maintain auditable records.
• Collaborate with credentialing, QA, and network teams to address concerns.
• Monitor licensing filings and perform Security Risk Assessments.
