Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our Legal team. You will monitor for Fraud, Waste and Abuse, audit providers and vendors, and help administer the corporate compliance program across our health-plan and provider network.

You will report to the Compliance Manager, Payer Division, perform risk assessments, research CMS alerts, manage training records, and collaborate with credentialing, QA, and network management to stay ahead of regulatory changes affecting the DMEPOS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least three years’ experience in Special Investigation Unit processes or similar healthcare roles.
• Strong knowledge of fraud, waste and abuse, healthcare credentialing, HIPAA.
• Experience with data analysis and Excel; Tableau a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit vendors and healthcare providers for FWA monitoring.
• Run the Fraud, Waste, and Abuse investigation processes.
• Support the administration of the company’s Corporate Compliance program.
• Assign and monitor compliance training; keep auditable records.
• Collaborate with credentialing, QA, and network management teams.
• Partner with health plan customers on audits and responses.
• Investigate compliance concerns and issues internally and externally.
• Ensure licensing and filings are up to date.
• Conduct Security Risk Assessments and report results to the committee.
