Dollar Tree is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Compliance Specialist to support regulatory compliance programs across our nationwide store portfolio. You will work with stores, regulators, and cross-functional partners to address findings, monitor trends, and drive safety and environmental health improvements.

You will manage inspections, maintain reporting tools, and assist with governance platforms like NAVEX while collaborating with Store Operations and leadership to strengthen

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Safety, Regulatory Compliance, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
