Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Compliance Specialist to support the development and implementation of regulatory programs across our nationwide store portfolio. You will collaborate with stores, regulatory agencies, and cross-functional partners to ensure safe operations and compliance with applicable laws.

In this role you will manage inspections, track corrective actions, help update policies, and support safety trainings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Safety, Regulatory Compliance, Environmental Health, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience analyzing data, trends, and compliance information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review, track, and follow up on regulatory compliance inspections and findings.
• Ensure timely responses to regulatory agencies and provide certifications of abatement.
• Serve as point of contact with inspectors and agencies.
• Monitor compliance activities and maintain supporting documentation.
• Identify emerging compliance challenges and inform Store Operations and leadership.
