The Compliance Analyst translates federal regulatory requirements into the data fields, logic, and code that power ACES’ compliance-related reporting and platform functionality. This role bridges regulatory subject-matter expertise and technical execution — identifying the data fields a requirement calls for, drafting the underlying logic, and confirming the result reflects the rule accurately using test data. The Compliance Analyst partners closely with Compliance leadership and members of the Operations and Product teams to ensure new and updated logic is accurate, well-documented, and thoroughly tested before release.

  • Identifies the data fields and data sources needed to support new or updated compliance logic
  • Drafts and maintains the underlying code, rules, and logic that power ACES’ compliance-related reporting and platform functionality
  • Designs and documents data sets and logic flows that accurately reflect applicable federal requirements
  • Partners with members of the Operations and Product teams to coordinate testing of new and updated logic prior to release
  • Serves as a subject-matter resource to Compliance leadership and cross-functional teams on regulatory interpretation and its technical implementation
  • Monitors changes in federal regulatory requirements and assesses the impact to existing logic and reporting

  • Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to compliance logic and data accuracy, escalating as appropriate
  • Contributes to internal knowledge base articles and procedural documentation related to compliance logic and data

  • Ability to independently identify relevant data fields and construct accurate data sets
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical logic to non-technical stakeholders
