Job summary

AMAX is seeking a dedicated Compliance Engineer to develop and execute testing plans for server systems, storage platforms, and rack-level hardware. This role emphasizes regulatory certifications, documentation, and cross-functional teamwork with design and manufacturing teams.

You will review product changes for certification validity, coordinate with labs, and help drive continuous improvement in testing and compliance workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and document compliance test plans for server systems, storage, rack-level solutions, and related hardware.
• Support environmental/regulatory compliance including RoHS, REACH, PFAs, and GHG submissions.
• Provide export/trade compliance support including ECCN/EAR, TAA, NDAA.
• Review product changes to ensure certifications remain valid.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, thermal, system, and manufacturing engineers to integrate compliance early.
• Assist with compliance planning during NPI and product changes.
• Prepare test reports, certification records, and technical documentation.
• Track standards and certification status, and manage regulatory updates.
• Provide production support for compliance issues and audits.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing and documentation processes.
