Job summary

Fulton Bank seeks a remote Data Analytics Specialist to support the Consumer Compliance Department. The role focuses on developing reports, dashboards, and analytics to monitor consumer compliance risk,CRA, and UDAAP, partnering with risk and IT teams to ensure data integrity.

Candidates should have 5+ years in data analysis and strong skills in PowerBI/Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, and familiarity with banking systems reporting. Travel to Lancaster, PA as needed may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analysis, reporting, and compliance testing.
• Experience with banking systems reporting and data management.
• Strong proficiency in PowerBI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Source and prepare data for Compliance Management programs.
• Develop KRIs, KPIs, and compliance metrics.
• Create dashboards and reporting for CRA, UDAAP, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with IT and Compliance to ensure data integrity and governance.
