Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support compliance and safety programs across the organization. You’ll audit, report, and coordinate cross-department efforts to maintain quality and safety of care.

This remote role is open to Missouri residents only. You’ll work with the Compliance Department to update materials, manage SharePoint resources, and support health and safety reporting while ensuring regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in computer applications or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Compass Health’s EHRs preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and compliance reviews, including 340B and GPS program monitoring, to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
• Develop and analyze compliance data and reports, providing trend summaries and insights for leadership.
• Maintain and update compliance education materials, documentation, and communication tools.
• Support department outreach and engagement, including management of SharePoint resources and the Compliance Help Desk.
• Assist with Health and Safety reporting, committee coordination, and documentation.
• Participate in on-site compliance visits and departmental monitoring.
• Provide administrative and project-based support to the Compliance Department as needed.
