Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a DOT Coordinator to analyze non-compliance in regulatory employee processes and notify Field Managers and HR Coordinators to ensure documentation meets FMCSA and Ryder policies.

The role includes reviewing criminal history, MVRs, and education records for compliance, assisting the Compliance Team, and conducting monthly audits in a fast-paced environment. At least a HS diploma and 3+ years in HR-related work are required.

Qualifikationen

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Three (3) years or more in related field and/or Human Resources required.

Aufgaben

• Review and adjudicate candidate’s criminal background report as well as MVRs, employment, and education background reports to ensure compliance with Ryder’s policies and regulations.
• Provide administrative support to Compliance Team as needed.
• Conduct monthly audits to ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines and procedures.
