Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a DOT Coordinator to analyze and adjudicate regulatory employee process non-compliance and ensure documentation meets FMCSA standards and Ryder policies.

The role is remote but requires 2-3 annual meetings in person. Key duties include reviewing criminal background reports and MVRs, supporting recruiting partners, conducting monthly audits, preparing reports, and assisting the Compliance Team in a fast-paced environment with clear communication across the

Competenze

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Three (3) years or more in related field and/or Human Resources required.
• Hourly pay for this position is $18 an hour.

Position is remote but will meet 2-3 times a year

SUMMARY The DOT Coordinator analyzes research, investigates and evaluates any area of non-compliance regarding the regulatory employee process by notifying Field Managers and Human Resources Coordinators in order to ensure that all required documentation meets regulatory compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and Ryder's policies and procedures.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for the review and adjudication of candidate’s criminal background report as well as MVRs, employment, and education background reports to ensure compliance with Ryder’s policies as well as Local, State, Federal regulations.
• Provide guidance to questions on departmental services, functions or practices.
• Provide support to recruiting partners and the business.
• Conduct monthly audits to ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Prepare reports or maintain files.
• Locate, compile or enter data into databases, files or spreadsheets.
• Provide administrative support to Compliance Team as needed.

Compensation Information

Compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.

• Minimum Pay Range: $18.00
• Maximum Pay Range: $18.00
