Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2 years of experience in risk management, legal, or compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, data entry, and documentation for Faculty Outside Work forms.
• Support pre-reviews of Significant Financial Interest (SFI) disclosures for completeness.
• Coordinate pre-reviews for Technology Transfer disclosures.
• Communicate review outcomes and provide liaison with faculty and administrators.
