Job summary

AON Central Services, LLC is seeking a compliance and accreditation technician to develop and maintain policies and logs for accreditation across our specialty pharmacy operations. This role operates under the supervision of the Compliance Manager and supports staff training and documentation.

You will prepare staff for surveys, maintain logs as required by law and accreditation, ensure HIPAA controls, and contribute to quality management activities within the QA framework across CPR+, ONCO EMR,

Qualifications

• High school education or GED equivalent required.
• One year's experience in specialty, retail, mail order, or hospital pharmacy preferred.
• Active/Unrestricted Pharmacy Technician permit in the state of residence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain standards for accreditation.
• Prepare staff for surveys and provide required policies.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines and SOPs.
• Support quality assurance activities and participate in QM projects.
• Monitor logs and documentation in CPR+, ONCO EMR, ORCA and the phone system.
