Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain policies and standards needed for accreditation.
• Maintain licensure tracking system and verifications.
• Prepare staff for surveys and assist surveyors with policies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain confidentiality of patient and employee information.
• Coordinate quality initiatives and participate in QM activities.
• Monitor documentation in CPR+, ONCO EMR, ORCA and phone system to meet accreditation standards.
