Job summary

AON Pharmacy is seeking a Compliance and Accreditation Technician to develop and maintain policies and logs required for accreditation, under the supervision of the Compliance Manager. You will support training and ensure ongoing compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.

The role includes preparing for surveys, maintaining logs, and ensuring staff complete required training and documentation across departments. Remote, with standard business hours and occasional overtime based on needs.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED equivalent.
• One year's experience in specialty, retail, mail order, or hospital pharmacy preferred.
• Active/Unrestricted Pharmacy Technician permit in the state of residence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain standards for accreditation.
• Prepare for surveys and assist surveyors with policies as needed for accreditation.
• Maintain logs and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines, HIPAA and SOPs.
• Oversee quality management documentation and participate in QM projects.
