Qualifications

• Active/Unrestricted Pharmacy Technician permit in the state of residence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain standards for accreditation and SOPs; train staff on accreditation standards.
• Maintain licensure tracking systems including Primary Source Verifications.
• Prepare for surveys by staff, provide policies, and assist surveyors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines and corporate policies; maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Monitor and document quality events; participate in QM projects and log data for QIP.
