Jobot is seeking a seasoned attorney for its Complex Litigation group in a fully remote role based in California. You will handle state and federal class actions, drafting pleadings and motions, and overseeing discovery from day one alongside senior trial attorneys.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plaintiff litigation experience with class action or complex litigation focus.
• Experience drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, and briefs including class certification and summary judgment.
• Proven ability to manage state and federal class actions and coordinate discovery processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of state and federal class action matters.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and briefs including class certification and summary judgment.
• Manage written discovery — drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
• Conduct depositions, participate in oral argument, and assist with expert witness development.
• Coordinate e-discovery processes including document review, organization, and production.
