Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking a Support Specialist (Complaints) with Lithuanian proficiency to oversee the complaints process from discovery to resolution. This remote role supports customers across Lithuania, Poland, and Romania, collaborating with internal teams to ensure fair, efficient outcomes.

You’ll analyze issues, maintain records, and stay current with regulations while delivering high-quality customer experiences. Remote flexibility and career progression are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or provisional certificate accepted.
• 18+ months of customer service experience.
• Fluency in English at C1+ level.
• Fluency in Lithuanian at C1+ level.
• Ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Strong numeracy, analytical, and IT skills.
• Empathy and a passion for helping people.
• Self-motivation with a flexible, team-oriented attitude.
• Independent problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming formal complaints within regulatory deadlines.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve issues promptly.
• Set up and improve internal procedures for complaints.
• Contribute to a culture of fair customer treatment.
• Maintain a central archive of data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate with Product and QA teams for effective resolutions.
• Own problems, policies, or procedures end-to-end.
• Keep up-to-date with industry regulations to ensure compliance.
