Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Manager, Competitive Intelligence to perform research and analysis on corporate strategy initiatives, often with broadly defined objectives, and to present this information to all levels of company management.

You will lead cross-functional work, support Sales & Marketing initiatives, and maintain detailed competitive, supplier and partner profiles while distributing insights to Ryder’s Leadership Team, webinars, and Board materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business/Accounting/Finance/Economics.
• MBA, accounting, finance, or economics preferred.
• Two+ years of management consulting or leading corporate strategy experience required.
• Seven+ years of professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust research and analysis to support Sales & Marketing initiatives and Key Intelligence Topics and Industry Disrupting Trends
• Communicate with stakeholders across the company to ensure actionable and timely intelligence
• Develop and maintain detailed profiles on competitors, suppliers, partners and key intelligence topics
• Support intelligence distribution activities, including presentations to Leadership Team, webinars, and Board documents
• Continuously identify and maintain a database of primary and secondary research sources
