Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. seeks a Product Expert for Veeva Compass to own post-sales engagements with Compass Patient, Prescriber, and National customers.

You will onboard, train on Compass UI, manage data ingest, answer inquiries, and drive ongoing value realization. You will translate customer feedback into product insights, create training materials, and collaborate with Account Partners, Business Consulting, Strategy, and Product to shape the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing role at a consulting company / health tech firm OR internal analytical role at a life sciences company.
• Experience with industry data products/partners, including IQVIA, Komodo.
• Deep understanding of customer use cases in life sciences (e.g., patient data analytics, targeting & segmentation, field alerts, incentive compensation).
• Ability to understand and communicate data/technical requirements to business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead customer engagements as a primary contact from contracting onward.
• Understand the customer objectives and challenges related to data operations and Compass usage to ensure success.
• Keep all customer information updated in Veeva Vault.
• Provide guidance on Compass access and use.
• Act as liaison between customer and various Veeva teams to address needs.
