Job summary

AnewHealth is a leading pharmacy care management company focused on complex chronic care. The Community Pharmacy Team Lead will supervise pharmacists and technicians, oversee patient care and dispensing support, and ensure quality and compliance across operations.

This is a remote, full-time role with responsibilities spanning daily workflow, staff coaching, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with providers and partners across the network.

Qualifications

• PharmD required; NJ license active or eligible.
• BCGP board certification preferred; clinical leadership experience beneficial.
• Active NJ pharmacist license or eligibility with timely licensure within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in pharmacy operations, geriatrics, or PACE is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day supervision of pharmacists and technicians.
• Coordinate workflow, staffing, and service levels.
• Escalate issues promptly and ensure compliant pharmacy operations.
• Oversee clinical documentation, QA, and client service activities.
• Support staff training, onboarding, and performance coaching.
• Maintain QA, HIPAA compliance, and audit readiness.
