Job summary

AnewHealth is a leading pharmacy care management company delivering comprehensive services to patients with complex needs from locations across the United States. The Clinical Pharmacist role focuses on maintaining accurate medication profiles, verifying prescriptions, and guiding team activities in a remote, call-center environment.

The ideal candidate will have a PharmD or PharmD-equivalent, an active license, and proven pharmacist verification experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Active license in state of residence.
• Experience with pharmacist verification work.
• Clinical Judgement Expertise.
• Prior interface with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions.
• Verify hard copy and digital Rx.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals, patients and technicians via phone and email.
• Supervise and execute prescription transfers.
• Ensure all legal, privacy and compliance requirements are met.
