Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Community Pharmacy Team Lead (Third Shift) for a remote role based in NJ. You will supervise pharmacists and technicians, coordinate daily workflow, ensure compliant and accurate dispensing, and support client services across the community pharmacy network.

The role requires PharmD and NJ licensure, plus experience in high-volume pharmacy operations and team leadership. Strong communication, HIPAA knowledge, and clinical judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• PharmD required and NJ license.
• BCGP certification required.
• Active NJ license within 90 days of hire.
• 1+ year in pharmacy operations, clinical pharmacy, geriatric care, or related.
• Experience leading teams, coaching, and training.
• Experience in high-volume or call center environments.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and fraud, waste, and abuse rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance to pharmacists and technicians.
• Oversee daily workflow, staffing alignment, and service levels.
• Onboard, train, and coach staff.
• Monitor quality, compliance, and client procedures.
• Coordinate same-day and urgent medication workflows with partners.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, prescribers, and clients.
• Escalate performance, attendance, and quality concerns as needed.
