Job summary

Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Community Liaison/Account Manager to work remotely with our youth and adults programs. The role requires travel and flexibility, serving as a bridge between the facility, community, and referring agencies to promote services in Texas and nearby states.

Ideal candidates will have a marketing or sales background in behavioral health, with at least three years in referral development, account management, and physician

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• Three years minimum in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies, presenting a positive image of Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital within Texas and surrounding states.
• Implement the facility's strategic sales plan for the assigned territory and manage accounts to meet business development goals.
• Travel as required and report to the Business Development Director.
