The role emphasizes ethical marketing and sales to grow demand for services while representing the hospital in a professional manner.

The position involves extensive travel to form and maintain partnerships, working in collaboration with the Director of Business Development to present a positive image and promote the facility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing, business or related field.
• Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships.
• Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.

Cedar Creek Hospital of Michigan is a beautiful and state of the art 81-bed facility. Cedar Creek provides evidence-based treatment to adolescents and adults struggling with mental health issues. Cedar Creek Hospital invests in our patients by offering an integrated medicine approach that provides the latest therapies including yoga, mindfulness, aromatherapy, music therapy and nutrition. As part of our success and innovation in the field we are seeking qualified applicants for a Community Liaison position.

Description

The Community Liaison directly serves as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies. The Community Liaison is directly responsible for creating demand for the facility's services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods. This position will spend extensive time on the road forming and maintaining these community partnerships.

In collaboration with the Director of Business Development and Business Development Team, the Community Liaison presents a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community.
