Boulevard Labs is seeking a Community Manager to own and grow our online salon, spa, and self-care communities across platforms in the U.S. You’ll map where customers gather, define an owned community strategy, and launch and run Boulevard’s community programs with moderation, engagement, and influencer partnerships.

You’ll collaborate with Support, Product, Education, and Paid teams to translate feedback into action, monitor reviews on G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot, and report on engagement and

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years in strategy- and execution-heavy community roles.
• Experience building a community strategy from scratch.
• Experience managing a brand’s presence on review sites.
• Experience building moderation and escalation workflows.
• Collaborating with demand gen, support, product, or CS to act on feedback.
• Strong written communication and handling sensitive conversations.
• Deep customer empathy and urgency in responses.
• Relationships in the beauty/wellness/salon/spa community.

• Research and map where our customers are active online.
• Propose an owned community strategy and platform roadmap.
• Launch and run Boulevard’s owned community platforms with moderation.
• Monitor and respond to reviews on G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot.
• Partner with Support, Product, Education, and Paid teams to close feedback loops.
• Help define influencer program collaborations with Content & Social teams.
• Track and report engagement, sentiment, and retention metrics.
• Travel occasionally for trade shows and brand events.
