Job summary

Boulevard is seeking a strategy-focused leader to map, launch, and run its owned customer community platforms, including moderation and ongoing engagement. You will help shape how clients connect, share feedback, and contribute to a vibrant self-care ecosystem.

You’ll own Boulevard’s brand reputation on G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot, coordinating with product and marketing to route insights to the right teams.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in strategy-heavy community roles, building community strategy from ambiguous starting points.
• Experience with review-site reputation, moderation workflows, and cross-team collaboration.
• Strong written communication, customer empathy, and credibility in beauty, wellness, salon, or spa.

• Partner on influencer programs and track engagement, sentiment, and retention.
