Job summary

Boulevard Labs, Inc. seeks a strategist to own our online community for salons, spas, and wellness brands. You’ll identify where customers gather online, craft an owned community plan, launch platforms, and monitor reviews on G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot.

You’ll work with Support, Product, Education, and Paid teams to turn feedback into action, shape an influencer program with Content & Social, track engagement, and occasionally travel for events.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in strategy- and execution-heavy community roles.
• Experience turning community insights into action across teams.
• Proven track record managing brand presence on review sites.
• Experience building moderation workflows for online communities.
• Ability to collaborate with demand gen, support, product, or customer success.
• Strong written communication and handling sensitive conversations.
• Deep customer empathy and urgency in responding to customers.
• Credibility within beauty, wellness, salon, or spa communities.
• Bonus: experience launching or managing a branded Reddit presence or Facebook groups.

Responsibilities

• Research and map where our customers are active online.
• Propose an owned community strategy and platform roadmap.
• Launch and run Boulevard’s owned community platform(s), including moderation and engagement.
• Monitor and respond to reviews on sites like G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot.
• Partner with Support, Product, Education, and Paid to ensure feedback is acted on.
• Help define how Boulevard’s influencer program works with Content & Social teams.
• Track and report on engagement, sentiment, and retention metrics.
• Travel occasionally for trade shows, brand events, and video shoots.
