Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver approved cancer prevention, screening, and health education presentations to community organizations and residents.
• Identify opportunities for cancer education and outreach within the service area and connect with COE staff.
• Represent COE at community events, meetings, health fairs, and educational activities.
• Maintain timely documentation of community contacts, outreach activities, and program metrics.
• Participate virtually in COE meetings and stay familiar with COE programs and referral pathways.
• Work occasional evenings and weekends based on outreach needs.
