Job summary

Pear Suite, a digital health company building care navigation software, is hiring a Community Marketing Specialist to own the CHW community across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention. You’ll collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to create meaningful experiences for CHWs, CBOs, payers, and healthcare partners.

Responsibilities include developing acquisition strategies across organic, referrals, partnerships and paid channels; managing CRM campaigns in HubSpot;

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in community management, influencer marketing, CRM, or growth marketing.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and community engagement strategies.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, and reporting.
• Data-driven mindset, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong oral presentation and communication skills.
• Super-agile, self-motivated, and capable of working remotely with limited oversight.
• Passion for community health, impact, AI, and digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree required in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute acquisition strategies across organic, referral, partnership, influencer sourcing, and paid channels.
• Grow strategic segments aligned with business priorities (CHWs, CBOs, payers, healthcare organizations).
• Manage CHW sourcing initiatives and optimize acquisition performance with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications to build activation, education, and retention strategies.
• Manage CRM lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot to onboard, activate, educate, and re-engage CHW customers.
• Develop community initiatives that activate ambassadors through webinars, newsletters, events, and educational campaigns.
• Partner with Communications on social media strategies to support growth and engagement.
• Co-create CHW-focused campaigns across acquisition, education, activation, leveraging community storytelling.
