The Branson School seeks a Part-Time Communications Assistant: Translator to review and translate communications from English to Spanish, ensuring accuracy and fidelity to Branson's style.

You will design and build Spanish email messages in Finalsite, track assignments in a shared Google sheet, and help maintain Branson's translation style guide while supporting a fast-paced communications calendar. Remote work is encouraged; hours are flexible and tied to project needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent editing and proofreading skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong bilingual interpretation to convey non-literal meaning.
• Experience with Google Suite applications.
• Experience in Finalsite CMS editor is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines; time-sensitive work.
• Attention to grammar and punctuation.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated Spanish translations for accuracy and style.
• Directly translate a wide range of communications from English to Spanish.
