Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Communications, Policy and Data Analyst to support DHS ICE missions, handling communications, policy analysis, and metrics reporting. This fully remote role serves a federal program team across CONUS.

The ideal candidate will translate complex policy into clear executive-ready materials, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with federal stakeholders to deliver timely responses and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in a dynamic US government environment.
• Experience in a fast-paced federal setting with DHS/ICE context preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide communications support on congressional correspondence and executive taskings.
• Build and maintain relationships with federal managers and SMEs.
• Analyze and convey complex mission policies in clear language.
• Track progress of written tasks, reports, and deadlines.
• Support ad hoc research, process improvement, and fast-moving projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely responses and outputs.
• Assist in gap analysis and recommend solutions across teams.
• Develop and disseminate information among customers and external partners.
