Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Communications, Policy and Data Analyst to support program management, tasking execution, strategic planning, policy review, metrics generation and reporting for DHS ICE. This position is fully remote and available to CONUS candidates.

The role requires a DHS clearance, a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience, and strong written and verbal communication, analytical and organizational skills to coordinate with federal managers and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of work experience or commensurate experience.
• Experience working in a dynamic US government environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide communications support including drafting responses to congressional correspondence and information requests.
• Build and maintain relationships with federal law enforcement managers and subject matter experts.
• Analyze and convey complex mission-related policies with clear language.
• Track and report progress of high-profile tasks and reports.
• Assist with ad hoc research, process improvement, and fast-moving projects.
• Collaborate with mission leadership, external organizations and internal teams to gather information for timely responses.
• Perform gap analysis and propose solutions to client needs and challenges.
• Support cross-discipline team members to meet project deadlines and requirements.
• Develop, gather and disseminate information among customers and external stakeholders.
