Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Communications, Policy and Data Analyst to support DHS ICE missions, handling communications, policy analysis, tasking responses and reporting. The role is fully remote within CONUS and requires DHS-level clearance eligibility.

You will draft congressional responses, build relationships with federal managers, translate complex policies into actionable documents, and track multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced government environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience.
• Experience in a dynamic US government environment.
• Clearance required: DHS clearance (US citizenship).

Responsibilities

• Draft responses to congressional correspondence and information requests.
• Build relationships with federal managers and subject matter experts.
• Explain complex mission-related policies clearly.
• Track progress of tasks and reports.
• Support ad hoc research and process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely responses.
• Identify gaps and propose solutions.
• Support cross-discipline team to meet deadlines.
• Disseminate information among customers and external stakeholders.
